A price index, not a pharmacy.
GLP Prices does one job: it tells you what GLP-1 weight-loss medicines actually cost in the UK, across every regulated online provider we can verify, on a stated date. That's the whole product.
Why this site exists
At any given dose, every UK provider dispenses the identical manufacturer product. Yet at our 4 July 2026 check the gap between the cheapest and dearest listing ran from £70 to £90 per 4-week supply — up to £1,170 a year for choosing the wrong checkout. That gap is invisible unless someone lines the numbers up. We line the numbers up.
What we track
Three medicines — Mounjaro (tirzepatide), Wegovy (semaglutide) and the oral Wegovy pill — across 24 online providers, every dose on each ladder. For each provider we record the published ongoing price per 4 weeks, any first-order promotional price and its code, delivery terms, and what support is bundled in. Every listed provider is a GPhC-registered pharmacy or CQC-regulated clinic; we do not track, link or price unregulated sellers or "compounded" products, ever.
The rules of the board
- Published tariffs only. Every figure comes from the provider's own public pricing page. We never estimate and never extrapolate.
- Sorted by arithmetic. Tables rank ascending by ongoing price. No provider can pay for position.
- One flagged exception. Our recommended provider, The Weight Clinic, is pinned to the top of each table with a ★ — with its real prices and its real distance from the board low printed in the row. Pinned, labelled, honest.
- Promos quoted separately. First-month codes get their own column and never contaminate the ongoing figure.
- Dated checks. The current board was re-checked in full on 4 July 2026. If a number is stale, tell us and we'll re-check and re-date it.
Why The Weight Clinic is our pick
Not because it's the absolute cheapest — the board shows it sixth of 24 on ongoing Mounjaro 2.5 mg price, £14.01 above the low. It's our pick because of what sits behind its number: a monthly video review with a clinician rather than a questionnaire, needles included, next-day delivery, a refund if the prescriber declines you, and one of the three cheapest first months on the Mounjaro index at £125.00 with code NEWME. On price-to-service, that's the strongest line we track.
What we are not
We are not a pharmacy, a clinic or a prescriber, and nothing here is medical advice. Mounjaro and Wegovy are prescription-only medicines with real side effects; whether they're appropriate for you is a conversation for a prescriber, your GP or your pharmacist — not a comparison table. Suspected side effects should be reported via the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.
